Combat Extraction
Trauma Team will enter active firefights to extract subscribers:

- AV provides fire support
- Patient stabilized under fire
- No non-subscriber civilians assisted

Service Denial
Trauma Team will refuse service if:
- Policy lapsed
- Suicide attempt (varies by policy)
- Fraudulent claim
- Combat zone too hot (retreated, retry later)

As Deus Ex Machina: If a PC has coverage, Trauma Team can save them from death—but extraction takes time and may not succeed.
