📝 Description
The Kerenzikov is a neural reflex booster — always-on speedware that interfaces directly with the nervous system to enhance reaction time. Named after its original Soviet designer, the Kerenzikov provides a consistent, passive improvement to how fast the user perceives and responds to threats.
Unlike the Sandevistan (which provides a dramatic but time-limited burst), the Kerenzikov offers a subtle, permanent enhancement with no activation or cooldown required. The trade-off is a lower bonus and significantly higher Humanity cost.
