Kendachi 1,000eb (V Expensive)
Due to its short length, a Mono-Wakizashi is the sensible choice of many sword-wielding Edgerunners, as it is easy to carry indoors, fits nicely in your vehicle, and is comfortable to carry in crowds. When active, a Mono-Wakizashi is the quietest semi-transparent vibrating orbital crystal monoblade on the market, approximately three times quieter than a Mono-Katana, and twenty times quieter than a Mono-Three. Recently, some have noticed that its pitched hissing resembles that of a praying mantis, which has led to a slew of new nicknames.
Mechanics
The Kendachi Mono-Wakizashi is a One-Handed Exotic Heavy Melee Weapon.
- Mono-Edge: Like all mono-weapons, it halves Armor SP before calculating damage.
- Biometric Lock:
- With Biometric Key: The blade vibrates. Damage deals ignores armor entirely if the target’s armor is lower than SP7. (Armor ≥ SP7 interacts normally, still halved).
- Without Key: The weapon does not vibrate and functions as a standard One-Handed Exotic Heavy Melee Weapon (still halves SP due to material, but loses the <SP7 ignore effect).
