📝 Description
A flashlight-sized directed microwave emitter. It burns out electronics and cyberware without harming meat.
Mechanics
The Microwaver is an Exotic One-Handed Weapon.
- Attack: Uses Handgun Skill. Range table = Heavy Pistol.
- Effect:
- Does NO physical damage.
- Target: If hit, target must pass DV15 Cybertech Check.
- Failure: Target suffers EMP effect (Cyberware disabled/glitched, -2 to Actions for 1 minute, effectively “Foreign Object” critical minus double damage).
- Can also disable unprotected electronic devices.
- Ammo: Battery pack (rechargeable).
- Quality: Standard Quality (Exotic). Incompatible with weapon attachments.
