- Effect: Target is in Stasis. They are unconscious and do not roll Death Saves. Stasis lasts as long as bag has HP/Chemicals (1 week max per charge).
- Cover: Bag provides 15 HP cover to occupant.
- Req: Only usable by Medtechs.
