- Skill: Shoulder Arms (Exotic One-Handed).
- Range: Shotgun Slug DVs (Max 25m).
- Mag: 1 Net.
- Effect (Hit): Target is Grappled.
- Cannot use Move Action.
- Cannot use 2-Handed Weapons.
- -2 to all Physical Actions.
- Escape:
- DV13 Contortionist (Target only) or DV13 Brawling (Anyone). Success destroys net.
- Destroy Net: Net has 15 HP. Damage from outside hits both net and target. Replacement nets cost 50eb.
