## 👔 Role Ability: Teamwork (Rank 4)

Your role ability gives you a **loyal team member** — an NPC employee who follows your orders.

### How Loyalty Works

Each team member has a **Loyalty score** (starts at 4). When you give them a task:
1. GM rolls **1d6**
2. If the roll is **under their Loyalty** → they do it
3. If the roll **equals or exceeds Loyalty** → they may refuse, botch it, or betray you

**Keep Loyalty high** by treating them well, paying on time, and not sending them on suicide missions.
